Privacy is taken very seriously at Joebender.com. Our privacy policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of Joebender.com. Period. All customer information is stored offline in an encrypted format in a secure data environment. No personally identifiable information is collected on visitors to our site.

Customer e-mail addresses are used to send order updates only, such as a shipment confirmation with UPS Tracking Number. We encouragecustomers to provide us with their e-mail address to keep informed about any unexpected order delays. We do not call customers with order updates.

All mail is shipped using US Priority Mail. All packages are shipped from Soquel, CA.

If you would like us to deliver to a country that is not listed above, please email us or call for specific rates.  Rates generally vary only according to the total weight of the package.  All items will be shipped using Global Priority Mail (GPM), unless this service is unavailable in the country requested. We will determine the cost of shipping based on the information at the United States Postal Service website, which you can access at the following url.  Select Rates by Destination.

Return Policy

Retail Items
Joebender.com accepts all product returned within 20 days in resalable condition, with its original packaging intact, for a full merchandise refund, exchange or credit. Package the merchandise in the same box as it shipped, include the invoice number, and ship back to the address listed below. We do not reimburse shipping costs. Joebender is not responsible for items damaged during return shipment.

Custom Items
Custom orders are custom and are not returnable. Product samples are available upon customer request. One e-mail or fax proof is provided for customer approval as part of the order process. The customer is responsible for all errors and omissions once they have approved the proof. Production starts upon customer's proof approval. Orders can be cancelled at any point during the order process. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred up through the date of cancellation.
